Honestly, there's not really a bad area in Bundaberg, I love Bundaberg South as it's got lots of families and is close to the city center but all the areas are nice There are older and newer sections in Bundaberg itself. Maybe avoid Bundaberg East or right near the rum factory as theres a lot of smoke during sugar cane burning season.
